Stephanie specializes in working with teams and individuals on building trust and using it to achieve outsized outcomes in their bottom line and with their clients. She believes that trust makes everything go faster, and coaches leadership teams and managers into becoming the type of people who can both set strategy and achieve performance outcomes, while creating true buy-in with their teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Stephanie is a certified practitioner of several assessments and methodologies, including Core Energy Leadership Coaching, EQi-2.0 (emotional intelligence) assessment, Energy Leadership Assessment, and is currently working on obtaining her certification for Energy Leadership Assessment, DiSC, and 5 Behaviors of a Team.
