Phim Her is a certified transformational life coach, career counselor and trained reiki healer.
Prior to building her coaching and consulting practice, Phim worked for large media companies such as POLITICO and The Washington Post. Today, she works with teams and individuals on executive coaching, leadership development and self-empowerment skill building. Phim specializes in working with women and people of color with a DEI-informed lens. She has worked with coaching clients from Deloitte, Slalom, Conservation International, Liberty Mutual, Earthjustice, General Assembly and the Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance. Phim has also recently joined Syracuse University’s Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving as a career services counselor.
Phim has led national trainings for organizations such as AIGA National and team retreats for clients such as Friendly Design Co. She has also held coaching, business, and leadership development workshops for the Advancement Project, General Assembly, OCA National and the United Nations’ Global People’s Summit.
As a holistic healer, Phim has facilitated reiki, guided meditation and tarot reading sessions for individuals across the globe. Her live tarot readings have been featured at events by Meta Capital One, The Washingtonian, Official Ritual, Mindspace and RUN AAPI.
On top of running her studio, Phim is on the board of directors for two purpose-driven organizations: New Endeavors and Design Impact.
