Our mission to give.
Staaterman Strategic Advisory brings action to this mission to give every year. We donate 5% of annual business profits to the West Essex YMCA’s Annual Fundraising Campaign. West Essex YMCA is a division of the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges (New Jersey), a 4-Star Rating from Charity Navigator, and a 501(c)3 non-profit social services organization.

West Essex YMCA has been a significant “third space” for me and my husband for over 16 years. We became members of the Y when we began to navigate the complexities of being working parents and needed childcare options. Over the years, our family has benefited from programs supporting our health, wellness, and community connections. I joined the YMCA’s Board of Managers in 2019 and became Board Chairperson in 2023, allowing me to advocate for this critical organization. When you work with Staaterman Strategic Advisory, you support the YMCA’s Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility mission. Donations made to the YMCA help ensure that no one is turned away due to financial constraints. The West Essex YMCA serves New Jersey people in West Orange, Roseland, Livingston, and Caldwell.
