Austin began coaching in 2016. Taking the decision to radically overhaul his own life, moving from a well-established career in the construction industry he successfully completed the rigorous, nine-month coach certification program, with the world leading coach training company, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
Now with over 1,500 coaching hours under his belt, and a further suite of ongoing development and accreditations, Austin was awarded with the prestigious Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2020. This is an industry benchmark awarded only to coaches who demonstrate the skills, knowledge and behavior that meet the exacting standards expected of a professional coach.
